Hi there and congratulations on your pregnancy! We are delighted to now be offering a new 5 week course to give you the essential tools for a confident birth. With experienced Doulas and Antenatal Teachers, Becky Talbot and Letty Jeffreys, and Breastfeeding Specialist Justine Fieth.
What does the course include?
Our antenatal course offers all of the essential information to enable you to make informed decisions and feel confident about welcoming your new baby. Helping you to prepare for your baby's birth and the early days of parenting; our course includes hypnobirthing, active birth, your choices and rights, and feeding your baby. We recommend that you bring your birth partner along to all of the sessions if possible. Course dates can be found below. We look forward to sharing all of our knowledge and expertise with you!
